Wines of the Languedoc

There are vineyards everywhere around Lodève, and lots of wines to taste during your stay. We recommend a visit to Philippe and Corinne at Mas Fabregous, in the hills a few kilometres away. They can tell you about their wine and take you round their vineyards – and of course you will want to stock up on their reasonably priced wine after you have tasted it.
A visit to the shop at Jean Jean gives you chance to sample more wines and stock up for your return home. Leaflets and books in the house tell you more about wine growing in the Languedoc. Below are some links which give more information.
